Omias Labs games and website

Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: August 10, 2026

Plain-language summary

Omias Labs does not require player accounts and does not directly ask for a name, phone number, address, or precise location to play our current games. Our ad-supported games may include third-party services that automatically process limited device, advertising, interaction, and diagnostic information. Support information is received only when you choose to contact us.

This Privacy Policy explains how Omias Labs (“Omias Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information through our Android games, website, and player-support communications. Omias Labs is the developer identified on the applicable Google Play listings and is the privacy contact for the services covered by this policy.

1. Services covered

This policy applies to the following published Android games and their current package names:

  • Arrow Go: Arrow Puzzle Game — com.omiaslabs.arrow_game
  • SiegeFire: Roguelike TD — com.omiaslabs.siegefire
  • Big Blocks: Block Puzzle Games — com.omiaslabs.bigblocks
  • Bubble Blast — com.omiaslabs.bubbleblaster
  • Snake King — com.omiaslabs.snakeking
  • The Last Flight — com.omiaslabs.TheLastFlight

It also applies to omiaslabs.fun and support messages sent to us. A future game or feature may receive an additional notice if its practices materially differ.

2. Information handled

Information Omias Labs receives directly

  • Support and correspondence information: your email address and anything you voluntarily include in a message, such as a game name, device model, Android version, screenshots, or problem description.
  • Public store feedback: ratings, reviews, and developer-facing information made available through Google Play.
  • Website server information: our hosting provider may process standard request data such as IP address, browser type, requested page, referring page, and access time to deliver and protect the website.

Our current games do not require an Omias Labs account. We do not intentionally ask players to submit their name, postal address, phone number, contacts, payment-card details, photos, microphone recordings, or precise location through normal gameplay.

Information processed automatically by app services

Our games are ad-supported. Advertising, platform, security, and related SDKs integrated into a game may automatically access or transmit limited information, depending on the installed game version, device, region, consent choices, and service configuration. This may include:

  • Device and app information: device type, operating-system version, language, app version, package name, and general configuration.
  • Identifiers: an Android advertising identifier, app-set identifier, or other resettable or app-scoped identifier where available and permitted.
  • Network and approximate location information: IP address, which may be used to estimate a general location such as country or city. We do not request precise GPS location for gameplay.
  • App activity and advertising interactions: app launches, screen or feature interactions, ad impressions, taps, video views, and related engagement events.
  • Diagnostics: crash information, app or SDK performance, launch time, hang rate, and similar technical information used to maintain reliability and prevent abuse.

These services may process information on their own systems. The exact data handled must match the SDKs and versions included in each released build and the corresponding Google Play Data safety declaration.

3. Why information is used

Information described above may be used to:

  • deliver, maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve our games and website;
  • respond to support requests and player feedback;
  • display, measure, limit, and protect advertising;
  • detect invalid traffic, fraud, misuse, crashes, and technical problems;
  • understand aggregated performance and usage trends; and
  • comply with law, platform rules, and valid legal requests.

4. Service providers and sharing

We do not sell personal and sensitive user data. Limited information may be processed by or disclosed to:

  • Google Play and Google Play services for distribution, installation, updates, platform security, ratings, and store operations. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • Google advertising services, including the Google Mobile Ads SDK where included in a released build, for ad delivery, measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention. Google states that its Mobile Ads SDK may automatically process IP address, product interactions, diagnostics, and device or account identifiers. Advertising behavior may differ based on region, age treatment, consent, and device settings.
  • Hosting and technical providers that operate this website or help us secure and maintain our services.
  • Authorities or advisers when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or handle a business reorganization with appropriate safeguards.

Third-party services are responsible for their own processing and may provide separate privacy controls and notices.

5. Advertising and privacy choices

Our current Google Play listings disclose that the games contain ads. Depending on applicable law and configuration, you may receive personalized, non-personalized, limited, or technical ads. Where required, an in-app consent or privacy message should provide choices before advertising data is used for personalized advertising.

You can manage or delete your Android advertising ID and control ad privacy options through your device’s Google settings. You may also manage consent through any privacy-options entry point presented inside a game. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal and may not stop ads entirely; it may change how ads are selected or measured.

6. Children and families

Our games are intended only for the age groups declared for each game in Google Play. A content rating such as “Rated for 3+” describes content suitability and does not by itself mean that a game is specifically directed to children.

If a released game includes children in its declared target audience, we will apply the child-directed treatment required by applicable law and Google Play Families policies, including appropriate advertising restrictions and non-personalized ads where required. Children should not send personal information through support without a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian who believes a child sent us personal information may contact us to request review and deletion.

7. Retention and deletion

  • Support correspondence: retained only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain support history, protect against abuse, and meet legal obligations; ordinarily no longer than 24 months unless a longer period is necessary for an unresolved dispute or legal requirement.
  • Game progress: current games may store settings, scores, or progress locally on your device. Removing a game or clearing its storage may permanently delete that local information.
  • Provider data: third-party services determine their own retention periods under their policies and configurations.

Because current games do not provide Omias Labs accounts, there is no account profile to delete. To request deletion of information you previously sent directly to us, email support@omiaslabs.fun with the subject “Privacy deletion request.” We may need enough information to locate the correspondence and verify that the requester is authorized. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the limited information we handle. Where data is transmitted by our website or supported SDKs, modern encrypted transport such as HTTPS/TLS should be used. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

9. Regional privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent, and to complain to a local data-protection authority. Contact us to exercise a right concerning information controlled directly by Omias Labs. Requests involving a third-party provider may also need to be directed to that provider.

10. External links

Our services link to Google Play and may link to other websites or services. Their practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.

11. Policy changes

We may update this policy when a game, SDK, advertising configuration, law, or platform requirement changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice where required. Material changes should be reflected in the affected game and its Google Play Data safety declaration.
