These Terms govern your download, access, and use of Omias Labs games, related support, and this website. By using a service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Provider and covered services
These Terms are an agreement between you and Omias Labs (“Omias Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply to the Omias Labs website and our Android games, including Arrow Go: Arrow Puzzle Game, SiegeFire: Roguelike TD, Big Blocks: Block Puzzle Games, Bubble Blast, Snake King, and The Last Flight.
2. Eligibility and children
You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you are below the age at which you can enter a binding agreement where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you and supervise your use. Parents and guardians are responsible for their child’s use of the services.
3. Limited license
Subject to these Terms and applicable store rules, Omias Labs grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to install and use a game on compatible devices that you own or control, solely for private, non-commercial entertainment.
The games are licensed, not sold. Omias Labs and its licensors retain all rights not expressly granted.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- copy, sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, publicly perform, or commercially exploit a service except where law expressly permits;
- reverse engineer, decompile, modify, translate, or create derivative works from a service except to the limited extent a restriction is prohibited by law;
- cheat, automate gameplay, manipulate scores, exploit bugs, bypass technical restrictions, or use unauthorized tools to interfere with fair play;
- introduce malware, overload systems, probe security, interfere with operation, or attempt unauthorized access;
- remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices;
- use a service to violate law, infringe rights, harass others, or facilitate harmful conduct; or
- misrepresent an affiliation with Omias Labs.
5. Game progress and availability
Some settings, scores, and progress may be stored only on your device. Clearing app storage, uninstalling a game, changing devices, device failure, or an update may cause local progress to be lost. Unless a game expressly states otherwise, we do not guarantee backup, synchronization, or recovery of local progress.
We may update, rebalance, add to, restrict, suspend, or discontinue a game or feature for maintenance, security, legal, technical, or product reasons. We do not guarantee that every service will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or Android version.
6. Advertising and third-party services
Our current games may display advertising. Ads and linked offers are supplied by third parties and may open an external service. Omias Labs does not control every third-party ad, product, website, or privacy practice and does not endorse an advertised product merely because an ad appears in a game.
Your use of Google Play, Google Play services, advertising services, and other third-party features is also governed by the applicable third party’s terms and policies. See our Privacy Policy for information about advertising-related data processing and choices.
7. Charges and purchases
Downloading a game may require internet access and may result in carrier data charges for which you are responsible. If a game later offers a paid download or in-app purchase, pricing, payment, cancellation, and refund processing will be handled through Google Play and subject to its applicable terms and refund rules unless local law requires otherwise. Do not make a purchase without the permission of the payment-method owner.
8. Feedback and support
You may send support requests or voluntary feedback to us. You retain ownership of your original feedback, but you grant Omias Labs a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, adapt, and incorporate non-confidential feedback into our products without payment or attribution. Do not send confidential material or content you do not have the right to share.
9. Intellectual property
The Omias Labs name, game names, source code, gameplay elements, graphics, icons, music, sound, text, website design, and other original materials are owned by Omias Labs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using a service at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a serious or repeated violation of these Terms, fraud, security risk, legal requirement, or discontinuation of the service. On termination, the license granted to you ends and you must stop using the affected service.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Omias Labs disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omias Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data or progress, lost profits, business interruption, device incompatibility, or third-party conduct arising from use of a service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid Omias Labs for the affected service during the 12 months before the event or the minimum amount required by applicable law.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited, including liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or local jurisdiction rules that apply to you, courts with jurisdiction in Maharashtra, India will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our games, business, law, or platform requirements. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice where required. If you continue using a service after revised Terms take effect, you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
15. General
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified only as much as needed and the remaining provisions will continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a reorganization, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement concerning the covered services, subject to mandatory law and applicable Google Play terms.
